About the role

Cliniqon is hiring a Business Analyst to gather and analyze business requirements, prepare BRDs, FRDs, and User Stories, and collaborate with Product, Development, QA, and UI/UX teams. The role involves coordinating UAT, supporting successful product delivery, and managing stakeholder communication to ensure requirement traceability.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong knowledge of SDLC & Agile/Scrum
• Experience with BRD
• FRD
• User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication
• analytical & stakeholder management skills
